Compliance with Campaign Finance Laws

Federal election law requires political campaigns to collect and disclose certain contributor information. The Campaign uses its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate over $200 in a calendar year, as required by the Federal Election Commission (FEC).


Carrying Out Your Requests

Personal information may be shared as necessary to fulfill actions you initiate, such as processing a donation, sending communications you request, registering you for an event, or coordinating volunteer activities. This may include sharing information with third-party service providers that support these functions.


Legal Compliance and Protection

Support for Democratic Candidates and Organizations

The Campaign respects your privacy and your right to control how your information is used.

We will not share your personal information with other candidates, committees, or organizations unless you explicitly opt in or request such sharing.


If you choose to opt in, the Campaign may share limited personal information—excluding credit card details, bank information, and mobile phone numbers—with Democratic candidates, committees, or organizations that share similar values and causes and that you have indicated you wish to hear from.


Opting in is always voluntary, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Campaign or using the unsubscribe or preference options provided in our communications.


Third-Party Websites, Services, and Privacy Policies

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Terri Reese for Congress (NJ CD-2) website. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or advertisements that may be linked from or accessible through our Site.
